Book Worms
I’m currently reading The Earth Moved: On the Remarkable Achievements of Earthworms by Amy Stewart. Current thoughts: I’m pretty satisfied. I don’t see too many earthworms where I currently live, but nonetheless, I am intrigued by the premise. Apparently Darwin devoted the last years of his life to studying these critters.

From the Boxes
I’m rummaging through plenty of old boxes while on this trip home from Morocco. I’ve found plenty of things (hopefully treasures in the eyes of some) that will be making their way to goodwill here in Santa Barbara. Among items found: a sequined black scarf, a wooden Native American doll, a dream dictionary, orange raincoat, bead collection, folders, old CDs from high school…
